Acceptable Use Policy
ATLAS SES Management Platform
1. Authorised Use
Access to ATLAS is restricted to authorised QLD SES personnel only. Your account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
2. Permitted Activities
This system may only be used for legitimate SES operational and administrative purposes including member management, attendance recording, training management, equipment tracking, and reporting.
3. Data Handling
Personal information collected is handled in accordance with the
Information Privacy Act 2009.
Do not export, share, or distribute member data outside of authorised SES channels.
4. Security
You must not attempt to access areas of the system beyond your assigned role. Report any suspected security incidents to your Group Leader or system administrator immediately.
5. Monitoring
All activity within ATLAS is logged and may be audited. Use of this system constitutes consent to monitoring for security and compliance purposes under the
Disaster Management Act 2003.
6. Prohibited Actions
The following are strictly prohibited: sharing login credentials, accessing another member's data without authorisation, using the system for personal or commercial purposes, or any action that could compromise system integrity or member privacy.
7. Consequences
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of access, disciplinary action, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
